Children and Teenagers
Our priests and catechists work closely together to ensure our younger parishioners feel valued - and that their parents are supported in bringing up their children in the Catholic faith.
Our young people are encouraged to take an active part in the life of the parish – for example, as servers, singers or instrumentalists. For many, this is an experience that will remain with them through their lives.
St Mary's Catholic Primary School
"Living and learning in faith" is the mission statement of St Mary's school. As well as a "good" rating from Ofsted, the school is a happy and vibrant community where children receive a broad education which includes music and sport. The school has close links with the Parish. For more information on all aspects of school life please visit our website on www.stmaryschiswick.org.uk
Children in non-Catholic schools
Although you as parents are the first to teach your child about the Catholic faith, we want to support you in this vital work.
Recognising that not every child in the Parish goes to a Catholic School all our catechetical programmes are done in the Parish Centre so that children who do not attend a Catholic School may not be disadvantaged.
