YOUTH CONFIRMATION

The Sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated for the young people of our parish who are in Year 9 or above. The Confirmation program begins in November 2024, registration is now open. The deadline is 7th November 2024.

A key expectation of the programme is a full and generous commitment to all the requirements of the course, which effectively is training for adulthood in the Church. This includes attending all the teaching sessions, partipation in the sessions and regular attendance at Mass. 

If any of the above are going to be a problem or challenge for you this year, then this is not the right time for you to apply.

ADULT CONFIRMATION

For a number of reasons, there are many Catholics who have not been Confirmed in their youth.    Adults seeking Confirmation will normally be invited to join the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults for a shorter course than those non-Catholic seeking to join the Church.
